On the side of the drive is a metal

plate with two rubber washers. This is

on both sides. Make sure to transfer

these pieces to the new hard drive you

are installing. (The rubber ends go

over the black screws on both sides.)

When installing the new drive, make

sure the cables are being connected to

the correct place…note the words on

the cables!
