Display Removal

Before proceeding, you must first remove:

Battery

Keyboard

Bottom Case

Top Case

Top Shield

First, locate the hard drive, and undo

the black strip of tape holding the

microphone cable in place.

Next, locate the black display cable

right next to the hard drive brack and

PCMCIA card cage. Gently pull the

cable up to release it from its

connector.

Locate the cd drive, and remove the

yellow strip of tape holding the

backlight cable to the drive.
