Â If feasible in the server location, use an adjustable chair that provides firm,

comfortable support. The back of the chair should support your lower back (lumbar

region). Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for adjusting the backrest to fit your

body properly.

Â When using a keyboard at the server location, your shoulders should be relaxed. Your

upper arm and forearm should form an approximate right angle, with your wrist and

hand roughly in a straight line. Depending on the location of the display and

keyboard connected to the Xserve, you may have to adjust the height of your chair

so that you can maintain a comfortable position. Your feet should be flat on the floor

or on a footrest.
